  • Catheter Guide Wire Coating Machine – Two machine build, precision heated mold, Pebax coated wire ($750K value).

  • Lithium Battery Assembly Machines – Three different machines ($1.4M value).

  • Configurable Contact Lens Manufacturing Machine – Linear motor, vehicle design, nitrogen environment ($7M value).

  • Bio-degradable Stent Balloon Forming Machine – Fast and accurate balloon forming of a stent device including precision heated stent forming with cGMP validation ($1M value).

  • High Throughput Screening Systems for Drug Discovery - Peripheral development including fluid transfer, precision dispensing, aspiration systems, Class I - Div. II environment, and robotics ($10M – multiple projects over 5 yrs).

  • Stent Retention Forming Machine - Critical heat transfer stent/balloon forming process with cGMP validation ($1M value).

  • Drug Inhaler Component Testing System - Custom torque and snap force testing of injection molded components including vision inspection with cGMP validation ($1M value).

  • Product/Process Team - Successfully solved customer product and process issues as part of a specialized team enabling the continuation of a high value ($60M) commercial build project.

  • Mineral Processing Pilot Plant – High temp processing of iron, custom heat exchanger, stainless steel ($15M value).

  • Custom Thin Film Web Processing Tenter – > 300 FPM web, > 100-foot-long machine, within a > 300 Fahrenheit oven, 60 HP servo drives, custom chain transport system ($11M value).

  • Energy Storage Cathode Processing Machine - Precision semi-fluid servo driven calendaring ($2M value).
